- In 5.1, clips react differently coming off of tracks because of the master output. The master output is set for 5.1, and yet we're still working with mono clips, mono tracks, standard tracks, stereo clips. Let's see how that all behaves. So, in Premiere, we already have two mono clips and the same stereo clip on the standard track. Over here, in the meter window, we see the different outputs that we can have. Left, center, right, LFE, which is a low frequency effect output, left surround, and right surround. So when we're dealing with a mono clip, it can act as a dual mono on a standard clip, and be routed anywhere. Currently it's routed to the surrounds, the left surround and the right surround. So we want to go in and pan and see how that looks and behaves with the output. We go over to the track panner as we've done before. We don't see pan, we don't see balance, we see all these other choices. It can get complicated very, very quickly when you have to pan with all these…
