Grading color with Hollywood Looks
- [Narrator] Hollywood Looks are a simple, one-step tool for changing the entire tone of your movie by applying an effect or adjusting your video's color levels, lighting, or tint. Professionals call this color grading, and it's often what makes movies look like movies. It's a great way to add an effect, set or even change the tone or mood of an entire scene. So we've got a little video here of a woman riding a bicycle. Let me just find a nice spot. There we go, right there. And now, we're going to the effects panel over here on the right on the toolbar. And we're going to select the category for Hollywood Looks. There are 16 Hollywood Looks, each one grading your video to create a certain mood or tone. I'm going to drag the Comic which applies the cartooner effect to the video, and you can see it changes the video pretty dramatically into something that looks a little bit like a watercolor painting. Let's go back over to the effects panel. We can choose Crushed Color or Cross…
