- [Instructor] Video effects can be subtle and naturally integrated into your movie or they can be dazzling and turn your movie into a truly special video and audio experience. In this session, we're going to look at how to add a video effect to your movie and then we'll show you how to adjust and customize your effect for your particular needs and most of these video effects have more than one way to customize them. Your video effects are found over here on the toolbar on the right under the FX button, by the way. Go over here to Quick view. The effects listed in Quick view, you get a very limited library of effects here. But over in Expert view, and of course, whenever you go from Quick to Expert view, you get a little warning telling you it's easier to go up to Expert view than it is to go back to Quick view because Expert view is a more sophisticated workspace.
