Skill Level Beginner
(soft cymbal crash) - Hi, I'm Jeff Sengstack. Welcome to Premiere Elements 9, Essential Training. In this course, I show you how to use Premiere Elements 9 to take videos from your camcorder, edit them, and then share your finished projects with family, friends, or business associates. We'll start with getting video from your camcorder onto your computer's hard drive. Next, we'll arrange and trim those video clips to create your edited story, putting some scenes in slow motion, reverse motion, or creating freeze frames.
Then, we'll apply and animate video effects. Finally, I'll go over all the different ways you can share your project, from creating DVD or Blu-Ray discs, complete with menus and animated buttons, to the new web DVD feature where you can put your DVD projects online in their own web page. Whether you're making a video about your camping vacation, your kid's birthday party, or promoting your business, Premiere Elements 9 has all the features you'll need to create a polished project. I think you'll find that producing videos with Premiere Elements 9 can be enjoyable, easy, and rewarding.
So, let's get started with Premiere Elements 9, Essential Training.
