- [Instructor] Who should take this course? Anyone who is interested in becoming a Microsoft Office Specialist. If you've been using PowerPoint 2019 for at least six months and you are comfortable with PowerPoint's command and ribbons, then you are a great candidate for this course. It's good to remember that these exams are task based and that there's a 50 minute time limit. As you watch the course, you may be familiar with many of the commands. To master PowerPoint, be sure to study the commands and options you don't commonly use. This will help you quickly find and use the options that go beyond your current daily use.
