Discover how to storyboard your elearning content and make course development more efficient.
- [Voiceover] Daniel Brigham here, and welcome to Instructional Design Essentials: Storyboarding. If you wanna build an online course quickly and efficiently, you'll need to give everyone in your team a clear idea as to what content will be presented and how it will be presented before the courses actually develop. In this course, I'll begin by defining what a storyboard is and what information it usually includes. I will then give you an overview of the three most popular types of storyboarding with some insights as to when you might use each.
From there, using material from a sample course, I will actually storyboard content in each of the three ways so that you can see for yourself which would be best for your project. I'll then turn to some best practices on sharing your storyboards with others. Let's talk about how to make your course building process more efficient. Let's talk storyboarding.
