Using Ink to Math
- [Narrator] If you ever need to write mathematical symbols or equations in PowerPoint, you might want to try inking them in using the Ink to Math tool on the draw tab. So, clicking on the Ink to Math button right from within PowerPoint, that's going to open up the math input control, or window, where you can simply write out a formula or equation. So, writing out a simple equation here. A squared plus B squared equals C squared. And as you can see, it got most of those symbols correct except this last one. You can fix anything in here by using the select and correct tool, and clicking and dragging over the symbol. And then choosing from the menu here to swap out any of your written characters with one option from the menu. However, if you don't see the correct option in this menu, you can always instead use this erase tool to swipe over the option and write again.
