- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton…and welcome to PowerPoint Tips Weekly.…I'm excited to show you a very new feature…that's available for Office365 subscribers.…PowerPoint finally has an online icon library…to choose from.…To check if you're an Office365 subscriber…you can click File in the top left hand side of the screen…and the click Account.…Here I can see on the right hand side…that this is indeed a Subscription Product.…Updates should happen frequently,…though you can force an update at any time…by clicking Update Options, Update Now.…
Once you're all updated,…if you still don't see the icon feature yet you will soon.…Like when you click arrow in the top left hand side…to get back to PowerPoint.…Let's get back to our slide and dive into the icons.…Now why are icons such a big deal?…Icons are a fantastic way to help drive your point across…without having to use a whole lot of text.…They can help you add a splash of color…or break up a monotony of text,…which is useful if this isn't a presentation…that you'll speaking along with.…
