Use Zoom to make dynamic presentations

- [Narrator] The Zoom tool can make your presentations more dynamic and interesting. Change to the insert ribbon tab and choose zoom. Create a summary zoom to organize your presentation into sections. This is good for longer presentations to keep your audience updated with how its progressing. For shorter presentations, you can choose slide zoom. Now you can select slides to make your presentations feel more dynamic, as the entire presentation can be done on this one slide only, which acts as a canvas.

Start by choosing your slides. Click insert and change to the zoom tools format tab. Select each slide and then click return to zoom. You can also click zoom background. This will make the zoom slide appear transparent and part of the canvas itself. Now you can move the slide around and grow and shrink it to blend into the canvas so it looks like its part of it.

I'll do the same for the next slide. Click return to zoom and turn off zoom background. You can add as many zoom slides as you need. View the slideshow by changing to the slideshow ribbon tab and choosing from current slide. And now, you can click inside your zoom slides to see how it works.
