- [Instructor] I filled in some information on the title slide for my presentation. I now have a total of six slides and one of the tools that PowerPoint gives us to design a presentation is the PowerPoint Designer. On the home tab, you select a slide and click design ideas to get some possible layouts for your slide. These layouts are based on the theme that you have selected in your layout, but they vary greatly, for example, if we wanted to have a darker initial slide all the way to black. (keyboard typing) And you can choose any of these if you wish and automatically apply those changes. I'll keep this one. You can also get design ideas for slides that include elements like a chart. Takes a little bit longer, but select a slide with the chart. I've selected my 2020 Q3 Units Sold and I'm waiting for the design ideas to be generated. Simply click on one of the designs.
