Let's see if I can complete the tasks within the 40 minute timeframe. I've already opened 07 01 Employee Manual and 07 01 challenge instructions. I've taken the option step of positioning the PowerPoint window at the top choose Colors and look for Aspect. I'll click Aspect to apply this color scheme. For task four I'll add the following comment to slide one, theme has been updated. I'll make sure slide one is selected, right-click on the slide and click New Comment. I'll enter the text theme has been updated. (keyboard clacking) I'll click outside of the Comment area to apply that comment. Then I'll go ahead and close the Comments pane. For task five I'll set slide one to advance automatically after four seconds or on mouse-click. Slide one is already selected, I'll click the Transitions tab on the ribbon. In the Advanced Slide section of the ribbon I'll click the After check box and increase the time to four seconds. For number six I'll apply a footer to all slides except the title…
