Saving a presentation as a template
- We've saved the design elements so we can have a unified theme across our presentations, but what if we wanted to reuse some of the content? For example, what if I know I always want to use sections, I always have a Wrap Up section with a slide that includes the smoothy slide, and I always use the same title slide? For these situations, we can save our presentation as an actual template. Saving it as a template involves deleting the slides we don't need, keeping the slides of content that we want, and saving it as a template. I went through my final presentation, I cleaned out all the slides that I don't need, and I almost have the slides set up for my template. I'm always going to have this movie shown, I'm always going to have a Wrap Up slide, but the title is going to change. I can keep certain text that I want, while clearing others and leaving the placeholders.
