Save and share a file to OneDrive
- [Instructor] You can share this PowerPoint presentation with coworkers and friends, so that the other person can edit it and leave you comments. A prerequisite to make that happen is that this file has to be saved to OneDrive, and in order to save it to OneDrive, you first have to have a free Microsoft account. To sign in to your Microsoft account from PowerPoint, click File on the top left hand side, choose Account, and then on the left click Sign In. If you don't have a free Microsoft Account, you can click create one. I'm going to sign in right here though. I'll start by putting in my email address, click Next, and I'll put in the password. Click the blue Sign in button. I'm not going to add this account to Windows, so I'll choose Skip for now. Close out of this dialog box. Now I can see that I'm signed in, and it's currently linked to my OneDrive account. OneDrive is Microsoft's cloud storage service where you can save all your files online and access them online also…
