Save as a movie
- [Instructor] Exporting your slideshow as a movie is a great way to share it on websites like YouTube and Facebook, as well as to share it with friends and colleagues who might not have PowerPoint installed on their computers. When you export your PowerPoint presentation as a movie file, there are several considerations you'll want to take into account to ensure that your movies and sounds will play back correctly. Be aware that some video formats like QuickTime files will only export if their native codex are installed. If you're having trouble with playback after you export your movie, this is a likely step for troubleshooting. Make sure you download the latest version of QuickTime from Apple. Also note that content like macros, OLE objects, and YouTube videos will not work in exported movies.
