Running a slideshow
- It's time. You've organized your presentation, added colorful themes and graphics to help illustrate your bullet points, you've rehearsed the timing so it fits in the allotted time you have, and you're finally ready to present on the big screen. So, what now? Well there's a few ways you could set this up. We'll be covering how to set this up as a kiosk presentation in a later video. But, for now, let's assume that you have a laptop or computer connected to a projector or an external monitor, and your audience is waiting. To run the actual slideshow, you can either select the Slide Show ribbon tab, play From Beginning, or you can hit the f5 key on your keyboard. This is exactly what the audience is going to see on the big screen. To move forward with your slides, you can either click the mouse, or press the right arrow on your keyboard. To move backwards, click the left arrow. To exit out early of your presentation, you can hit the "esc" key on your keyboard. I'm going to move to…
