Resize a video
- [Instructor] After inserting a video into your presentation, you'll often want to specify its size on the slide. Let's take a look at some ways to do this. I'm going to go to Slide Six of my presentation and here I have a place for my video, but no placeholder. If I was using a placeholder, the video that I import would resize itself to fit the given space, but when you insert a video into a slide with no placeholder it comes in at its original size, which might be too large for your purposes. So let's get a video in here. I'll come up to the Insert tab, go to Video, and choose Video on My PC. I'll browse out to the Chapter Four folder here in my Exercise Files and let's select Welcome_3s. We'll insert that and there it is and you can see that at its native size it covers up my title text. So the simplest way to resize your video is to use the handles in the corners.
