Printing a presentation
- We've already talked about printing handouts for your audience, but you can print the presentation also. It doesn't have to be the entire presentation, you can pick and choose certain slides. For example, take this Arrival Info tab. It's very nice looking and it could be printed out and placed on a frame next to the check in desk. To print your presentation, click File, and then choose Print. Choose what printer you want to print to, and then decide what you want to print. For example do you want to print all slides, just the selected slide, or the current slide that you're on? In this case, I'll choose to print the current slide. If I wanted to put in particular slide numbers to print I can put those in separated by a comma. I also need to decide how I want to print that slide. For example full page, a notes page that includes my speaker notes underneath it, in outline form, or handouts also. I can choose whether I want them collated, or color, grayscale, and black and white. I can…
