Present slideshows

Present slideshows

- [Instructor] Let's take a look at the MOS exam objectives around presenting slide shows. You'll need to know how to navigate within slide shows. Annotate slide shows. And use presenter view. These are all important when presenting a slide show to an audience. I've already open 02_06 Hotel from the exercise folder, and I'm on the slide show tab of the ribbon. The first two options here are to start my slide show from the beginning of the presentation or from the current slide. I'll go ahead and click From Beginning, but I'd also like to note that the F5 key on your keyboard is a shortcut for starting a presentation from the beginning. I love to use that one. Now when you're in a slide show, there are many ways you can advance. You can simply click the mouse to move forward. You can use the arrow keys on your keyboard. You can press Enter to move forward. And you can move backward with the back arrow, or the Backspace. So it's good to practice these options to figure out what you like…
