- [Instructor] There are several things you can do to prepare presentations for collaboration. For the MOS exam you'll want to know how to mark presentations as final, protect presentations with passwords, inspect a presentation for issues, add and manage comments, preserve presentation content, and export presentations to other formats. Let's start with marking presentations as final. Remember that anyone who has access to your presentation will be able to open, copy, and edit the content unless you protect it. There are several options depending on your needs. I'll start by clicking on File and ensuring that I'm on the Info tab. From here I can click on Protect Presentation. There are descriptions under each option that can help you understand the various levels of protection you can apply. Let's start with Mark as Final.
