- [Jess] Today's modern presentations are about conveying a message using as few words as possible, and instead using shapes, images, and impact to convey that message effectively. PowerPoint gives you all the tools you need to convey that message without having to be a master of design, or even a graphic designer. In my LinkedIn Learning course, I'll show you how to use these PowerPoint tools in detail, and also give you a lesson in modern design and how to call attention to the one focal point of a single slide, the message. We'll even be using old tools like shapes in brand new, fun ways. My name is Jess Stratton and I love PowerPoint. Let's get started.
