- [Instructor] Let's take a look at the three MOS objectives around ordering and grouping slides. You'll need to know how to create sections, rename sections, and modify slide order. I've opened O3_04 Hotel from the exercise folder. Let's start out with the first objective which is creating sections. It's good to know that you can divide a presentation into sections to assist with organizing and formatting. A typical task on the MOS exam might be to create a section before slide three named Explore. I'll before slide three in the panel at the left and on the Home tab of the ribbon, I'll click Section and then click Add Section. In the popup box I'll type in the name Explore and then I'll click Rename. Notice this section in the panel at the left just above slide three named Explore. I can click on the triangle to collapse or expand the slides in that section. Notice also, that a default section was created before slide one. A common task on the MOS exam might be to rename that…
