Insert and format SmartArt graphics
- [Instructor] SmartArt is a great feature that allows you to quickly create professional diagrams to represent concepts. For the MOS exam, you'll want to know how to convert lists to SmartArt graphics, insert SmartArt graphics, add shapes to SmartArt graphics, change the color of SmartArt graphics, and reorder shapes in SmartArt graphics. I've opened 05_04 Hotel from the exercise folder. The first objective is to convert lists to SmartArt graphics. Let's take a look at slide 10. Here, I've already got bulleted text. This makes a perfect example of something we can convert to a graphic. I'll highlight the text in this text box, and from the home tab, I'll click convert to SmartArt. There are various styles here that I can try, but we can always change to additional styles later. Here, I'll choose the horizontal bullet list.
