- [Heather] Welcome to PowerPoint Online. PowerPoint is a powerful tool for designing and delivering presentations. There are some specific differences to how you work with these tools in the online version. That's the PowerPoint app within Office 365. I'm Heather Severino, a Microsoft certified trainer and Microsoft Most Valued Professional for office apps and services. I will be helping you understand how to work with this application. This course includes opening and saving, slide layout, working with visuals, audio, sharing, and co-authoring, viewing, and printing, keyboard shortcuts, and PowerPoint help.
