Join Jess Stratton for an in-depth discussion in this video Exporting or sending a presentation as a PDF or JPEG, part of PowerPoint for Mac 2016 Essential Training.
- There's some great options for saving,…and e-mailing your presentation.…The first method I'm going to show you…is how to save it as an image file, or a .pdf file.…Which is great, if you want to be able to…share your presentation, but not have it…be shared in a PowerPoint format,…or in a way that it can be altered.…Let's save it as a .pdf file first.…We do that by clicking file from the top menu,…and choosing export.…You can choose where you want to save that file,…and then, in the file format section, change it to .pdf.…
After that, click the blue save button.…It's going to process your slides,…and then it will be saved.…Let's go to finder to take a look at it.…I can see that every slide is a large,…fullscreen page in my .pdf file.…It looks fantastic, and it's also a small file size,…so it's easy to send this way.…Let's close this out,…and go back in to our arrival info slide.…
This is a great slide.…It looks fantastic, and it would actually look great…right on the desk, as customers walk in to the hotel.…I'm going to save this as a .jpeg.…
