- [Instructor] Would you like to have notes on your screen that only you can see during your PowerPoint presentation? When editing your slides, click on the notes button at the bottom of the screen. Resize this panel by moving the dividing line, then type in whatever notes you want on the screen during this slide. You can put in unique notes for each slide. So I could select a different slide and type in completely different notes. To view your notes during a presentation, you will need to have two screens connected to the computer. For example, a laptop with its own screen connected to a projector for a group presentation. If you have two screens connected, when you play your presentation, you will see this presenter view on your primary screen. The secondary screen will display only the slide itself. Notice how my notes are visible here during the presentation. If the presenter display appears on the wrong screen, go to display setting.
