- [Instructor] The last few things that you may want to do with this presentation is email it as an attachment, a PDF file, or export it as a PDF file. Click "File" from the top of the screen, chose "Share" on the left, and then click "Email". You have a few options here. You can send it as an attachment, where everybody's going to get a separate copy of it, you can send it as a link, similar to when we shared it out by a OneDrive, and sent a link. You can also chose to send everybody a PDF attachment of your presentation. This is useful, because PowerPoint will automatically convert it as a PDF before sending it. Now, you may wanna convert your presentation to a PDF file without having to email it to somebody first. You can do that on the "Export" tab. From here, click "Create PDF/XPS Document", and then on the right, click "Create PDF/XPS" again. I'll save it to my desktop.
