Editing and printing handout masters

- [Voiceover] Handouts are a hugely underutilized feature of PowerPoint. PowerPoint has the ability to easily let you print out your slides for your audience. And it can even include a space for taking notes. As someone who uses handouts almost every time I give a talk, I don't like to give them out until either at the end, or right before I start. This way, the audience isn't focused on reading instead of listening to what I'm saying. I also like to remind the audience that because they have handouts, they won't have to miss anything because they're frantically writing things down. But instead, they can listen and absorb it all. You can use the built in handout templates or edit the handout master, just like the slide master. If you'd like to view the handout master, select view from the ribbon tab and choose handout master. If you have a particular style of handouts, you can format them this way. You can choose the handout orientation, the slide size, and how many slides per page…
