This video shows how to quickly create evenly spaced and aligned duplicates of objects in PowerPoint slides.
- [Garrick] Hello, I'm Garrick Chow…and welcome to PowerPoint Tips Weekly.…There will occasionally be times when designing your slides…when you'll need to duplicate certain graphics,…maybe to create some kind of flow chart…or other visual guide or just to add something…visually interesting to your slide.…I've placed a single shape here on this slide…and we know that you can copy and paste objects…by selecting them, pressing Control + C to copy,…and then pressing Control + V to paste.…And then I can place this new copy where I want…and even line it up with the previous object…using the automatic guides that PowerPoint displays.…
Then I can press Control + V to paste again.…That gives me another copy…and then I can line that one up, too.…But when you not only need to duplicate objects,…but also line them up evenly,…there's a much faster way to do this.…I'm going to delete these copies and start over again.…This time with my initial shape selected,…I'm going to press Control + D for duplicate.…That looks just like what happened when I copied…
