PowerPoint has some robust tools for drawing. In this video, PowerPoint MVP Heather Ackmann shows how to add the Draw tab and begin drawing in your presentation.
- [Narrator] In the last several years,…Microsoft has added some really cool features…for inking and drawing in Office.…And if you haven't checked them out,…you really should.…Now if you'd like to follow along,…go ahead and open up the exercise file,…zero, four, zero, one,…drawing tab,…located in this chapters exercise file folder.…Now, in my copy of PowerPoint…if you look up on my ribbon,…you'll notice,…up here, I do not have my drawing tab enabled.…
It's missing.…It does not match any of these pictures,…down on this slide.…So if that's the case for you,…you might have to add…the draw tab to your copy of Office.…So to do that, let's go up to our file menu.…All the way down to options,…and click on 'customize ribbon'.…From here,…over here on the customize ribbon area,…if we go all the way down, there is 'draw'.…And if we check that,…and then click 'OK'.…
Boom! There it is! Draw!…That is our drawing tab,…with all of our very cool drawing options…that we can use for inking and drawing in PowerPoint.…Now.…Looking at this and comparing our buttons…
