In this video, staff author Jess Stratton shows users how to create a repeating photo slideshow in PowerPoint.
- [Jess] My name is Jess Stratton,…and welcome to this week's PowerPoint Tips Weekly.…One of the most common uses of PowerPoint,…is to use it as a photo album to repeat…a series of photos.…I'm going to show you the easiest way…to get up and running doing that.…With a Blank Presentation Open,…change to the Insert Ribbon tab,…and from here, select Photo Album.…I'll click New Photo Album.…This method is also going to work,…if you're not necessarily creating a photo slideshow,…but you want a very fast way to get lots of images…onto a presentation all at once.…
I'll click to Insert a Picture From File or Disk.…And now it's going to bring me to the Standard…Browse Dialogue Box, so that I can choose…Files From My Computer.…In this case, I want every photo that's in this folder,…so I'll select the First Image,…hold down the Shift key on my Keyboard,…and select the Last Image.…With them all selected, I'll click Insert…at the bottom of the screen.…Now it's brought all my pictures into the album.…From here, I can place a Check Mark next to the Image.…
