Create flowcharts with SmartArt

- [Instructor] PowerPoint includes several SmartArt layouts for flowcharts, which can be useful when you need to illustrate the sequential steps in a task or a process. I'm starting here with a completely blank slide for this example. And we're going to begin by going up to the Insert tab, and we'll click SmartArt. That opens up this gallery of graphics that you can browse through. You can use the graphics found here for all kinds of designs and presentations, but we're interested in creating a flowchart here, so I'm going to select the Process category on the left. And from this group, I'll select the one called Picture Access Process. You can see by its description that it's used to show sequential steps in a task, process, or workflow, and that you can add your own pictures to the rectangular shapes. So with that selected, I'll click OK. And you can see that SmartArt gets added to my slide. We can replace the…
