- [Instructor] I've already opened the Annual Report here in Excel. Now I'm going to also open the PowerPoint presentation, entitled The Show that is in the exercise files. It's empty so far and the theme for this presentation, which I can learn by simply going to Design and clicking the dropdown and pointing to it is called circuit. And circuit is used by all slides. Because unlike Word or Excel, in PowerPoint I can actually use different themes for different slides or different sections of the presentation. Let's go back to Excel, Alt + Tab to simply swing back to the application I was in last and let's select this table. Right click, choose Copy, Alt + Tab back and I'm simply going to right click to paste and notice that I have not three but five options.
