Configure print settings for a presentation
- [Instructor] It's important to realize there are lot's of options to configure print settings for a presentation. For the MOS exam, you'll need to know how to print all or part of a presentation, how to print notes pages, how to print handouts, and how to print in color, grayscale, black and white. I've opened 02_04 Hotel from the exercise folder. To take a look at my print options, I'll click on file and choose print. Notice the default settings. If I were to click print now, I would be printing all of the slides. At the bottom of the screen, it tells me 11 slides would be printing. Some of the other settings tell me I'll be printing full page slides, they'll be one-sided, collated and in color. The first objective is to print all or part of your presentation. I could click print now to print everything. If I just want to print slides one through five, I can click in the slides box and enter in one dash five. If I click outside of that box, I can begin to preview the five slides…
