- [Narrator] I've shared a file out with another user and I can tell that that user is currently editing this document because at its' top right hand side there's a new number next to the share. If I click on it, I can see the people currently editing the file. I'll click the x to close out of the share pane. A nice way to communicate back and forth about changes that are being made is through adding comments. Let's change to the review ribbon tab. I'm going to click show comments. It opens up the comments pane and it let's me know that there are comments on other slides in this presentation. I can click the next and previous buttons to read them. I'll click next. It takes me to the first instance of a comment on the slide. If this pane wasn't open, in fact, I'll close it right now by clicking the x on the top right hand side. I can also tell that there's a comment here because of this comment bubble that I can see on the top left hand side of the slide. I'll click it and it toggles…
