Recall that our presentation already has some obvious divisions.…Each department has their own title slide.…For example, here's the introduction to the Human Resources Department.…Now that our slides' formatting has been reset, they look a lot better…and are more consistent.…Just to remind you, we applied this layout using the Section header layout found here.…But now let's go deeper with the New Section feature.…Although this doesn't benefit the audience, it will make our lives a lot easier…since we're working with four different departments.…
I'm going to place my cursor here between slides 12 and 13.…With the cursor blinking I'm going to pull- down the Section menu and choose Add Section.…This will tell PowerPoint that slide 13 marks the beginning of a new section.…The new section is added and you can see here it's called an Untitled Section.…I can right-click and choose Rename and now I'll call it Sales.…Let's repeat the process but this time we'll do it using the Slide Sorter View.…
Here you can see that we have the new Sale section with a clear line delineating…
