Apply and configure slide transitions
- [Instructor] Lets take a look at the MOS objectives around applying slide transitions. You'll need to know how to apply basic and 3D slide transitions and how to configure transition effects. I've opened 06_01 Hotel from the exercise file. Transitions control the way slides appear and disappear as you navigate through a presentation. While you can apply transitions in normal view, I think it's helpful to move to the slide sorter view for this. So I'll go ahead and click the slide sorter view at the bottom of the screen. I'll start by selecting slide four and choosing the Transitions tab above. There's a Transitions Gallery, and I'll go ahead and click the down arrow to display more. Notice these are divided into the Subtle, Exciting, and Dynamic content areas. It's easy to just click on a transition to apply it. So for example, I'll go ahead and click on the Origami transition and we'll see a preview on slide four. Notice that slide four now contains a star next to it, which tells…
