- [Instructor] If you've been following along with this chapter in order, you might have noticed that we skipped the bevel effects here under Video Effects. And the reason is that in order to really see the effects of a bevel, it's helpful to first apply a 3D effect so we looked at those effects first. Beveling is yet another way to give your objects a stylized look by making them look like they're three-dimensional objects that are either popping up from or sinking down into the surface they're sitting on. So with my cursor here over Bevel, we see this gallery of presets and you can over your cursor over each one to see how it adds curved edges to your movie clip. I'll choose this last one here in the top row, Slant and now we have this nice raised effect with a stylized edge. Let's add a 3D effect on top of it to enhance it a bit more. Again, we looked at 3D rotations in the previous video so let's go back to the Video Effects button, down to 3D Rotation and let's choose the last…
