Adding and viewing comments

- You might not be making this presentation by yourself. Maybe the entire talk is going through a review process or maybe you just need to get some feedback and advice. You can collaborate on a presentation right in PowerPoint itself by adding and reading comments on slides. You do get a visual cue that a presentation or individual slide has a comment. I can see that this slide has a comment by the balloon icon on the top left-hand side. And if this was the first time I've opened a presentation that has comments on it, PowerPoint will tell me about it on the right-hand side of my presentation. There's two ways to read comments. I can click the word Comments in the status bar on the bottom of the screen or I can click on the balloon icon itself. It's going to open up the comments pane on the right-hand side and here I can read the comment and see the date that it was added to the slide.
