- [Instructor] Presenting is hard enough as it is without having to remember what we wanted to talk about. If there's something that you really don't wanna forget to mention, you can use speaker notes. You can write notes for each slide or just certain slides; it's up to you. The audience won't see these notes if you're presenting on a different monitor. Underneath each slide is the speaker note area. I'll click this slide. If I need to add a note, all the way on the bottom of the screen, to the left of Comments, I can see Notes. If I click on that, it's going to pop up a little area at the bottom of the screen that says Click to Add Notes. I'll click inside and I can start typing. I can hit the Enter key and type as much or as little as I'm going to need. Now that the speaker note is there, I don't have to do anything; I can just move around through my presentation and add notes where I think I might forget something.
