This video explains how to insert a live webpage into a slide by downloading an add-in to PowerPoint.
- [Garrick] Hello, I'm Garrick Chow…and welcome to PowerPoint Tips Weekly.…There might be times when you want to…not just display an image of a website in your presentation,…but the actual website itself,…so that you can click on links and interact with it.…Now, previously in the series, I've shown you…how to add web links to your slides…which launch your computer's web browser…outside of PowerPoint, but what I'm going to show you here…allows you to stay in PowerPoint…and your presentation, so no awkward transitions…between your slides and your browser have to occur.…This does involve downloading an add-on…from the Microsoft store.…
Start on the slide in which you want to add…the live webpage.…Then go to the insert tab and select store.…That opens up the Office Add-ins dialog box.…In the search field, search for web viewer.…And the web viewer add-in appears.…I'm going to click add.…And that adds the web viewer to my current slide.…I can resize and reposition it as necessary…so it's not covering other objects on the slide.…
