In this video, staff author Jess Stratton shows you how to change the slide color background, including adding a gradient and changing the colors, and a adding background image.
- [Instructor] Red30 is a high tech company…whose branding often utilizes a sleek black background.…Since we didn't choose a theme with a dark background…we can still change each slide color manually…to fit the needs of that slide.…We could change the design theme here on the fly.…With this slide selected…if I change to the Design tab…here's all my themes that we saw…at the beginning of the presentation.…I can go through this list and choose any one of them.…I can also choose some color variances here.…But I'm interested in changing the background.…So while still on the Design tab…I'll click Format Background on the right hand side.…
Right now it's set to a Solid fill,…but I'm going to choose Gradient fill.…I can choose from some Preset gradients.…I'll start with this nice Radial Gray Accent.…I still want it to be black however…to match Red30's technical theme.…So I'll start by making sure the Direction…is coming from the center like I wanted.…And now I can change the color…of each individual gradient stop.…I'll click to select each stop…
