- [Instructor] The easiest way to learn about topics is to actually see what a topic does. Let's scroll down to Greeting, which is a common topic. Normally when a chat starts, there's a way that we begin interaction. The start of a conversation. So if you click Greeting, what you'll see is there are 52 different phrases that can trigger the response from a greeting. From Hello, Hello agent, Hello and good morning to you. I'll let you scroll this list and check it out. And you might want to add something different but you can't in this one because it's a system topic and the system topics trigger phrases can't be modified. What happens then in response to one of these phrases? Well, let's see first. If I click here and simply type Hello, that message gets sent. And there'll be a response.
