Restart the conversation
- [Instructor] Sometimes we are working our way through a conversation and we ask a user a question and they answer and we aren't quite sure where we go next with that. The easiest thing to do is to ask them again or to start the topic again. So for example, we ask our user, "Would you like more information on purchasing an alternative energy system?" after they've entered one of these trigger phrases. And they say, "No, I really wouldn't." Well, perhaps what we want to do next then is start over. To do that, I can go to another topic and the topic that I want to go to is start over. I'm going to save this and let's go see what start over looks like. When I choose start over, there are two ways I can get there. First, the user could decide, "Well, this isn't where I want to be. Let me start again or restart or let's begin again." And remember, we can't edit these, but we can edit what happens in response to those…
