- [Instructor] Every topic that has trigger phrases and is turned on is live when this bot is running. So for example, there's a topic about when are you closed, okay? So if a user enters, "When are you closed," or any of the trigger phrases for that particular topic, lesson one, note that they get that conversation path, "I'm happy to help with store hours. "Here are the Redmond hours, the Seattle hours. "Did that answer your question?" And if they say no, then, "Sorry, I wasn't able to help you better." So it will hand them off to an agent, which is basically the escalate topic. I might not want someone to get, someone to type "When are you closed" and to get information out of this topic. So what I do then is I turn off the topics that I don't want my users to have access to. I could also delete them, but it's actually just as easy to leave them here for now and to turn them off.
