- [Gini] One of the challenges that faces businesses in a global economy is how to be present to customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and how to be present in a cost effective manner. Power Virtual Agents allows you and your colleagues to create chatbots that interact with users. For example, you can put a chatbot on your website, so when someone visits your site in the middle of the night in your time zone, they can still get information, they can still make requests. You can also post the chatbots you create on your organization's Facebook page. If it's created for internal use, if you can post it in Microsoft Teams. In the Power Virtual Agents graphical user interface, you can design bots for pre-sales, for customer support, order tracking, troubleshooting, employee benefits' self-service, for whatever the challenge is when the phone rings at your place of business. Power Virtual Agents lets you leverage your expertise to create user responsive bots. And those bots you create are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year. Power Virtual Agents also includes tools that allow you to analyze how users are interacting with your bot. And that will then allow you to tweak your bot and build it out to better meet user needs.
