- [Instructor] We've created and tested our bot and now we are ready to publish it. Let me tell you more about publishing before we publish. The steps to publishing are that we publish our bot, we try it out on a demo website that gets created for our bot, we can if we wish, configure that website to change the user experience if that was the only place we were going to share our bot with customers. And then having configured it, if we wish, we share a link to our website with our colleagues so that they can check it out as well. Perhaps give their feedback, suggest modifications. And then we decide, well, where in the world do we want our users to be able to interact with this bot and we connect any additional channels. Now here's a key concept. We publish to one place and we connect to others and that means when we go back and modify our bot because we will, we'll learn more things about our bot when it's out in the real world…
