- [Instructor] One reason to ask colleagues to check out your bot is so that you actually get some analytics, so if we return to Power Virtual Agents My First Bot and we go to analytics, they were last updated about an hour ago. Data loads in a power BI dashboard, and the information that we'll get, our sessions, and these include our test sessions, engagement rate, resolution rate, abandonment rate. That's how often people stop in the middle, but that was us testing. Session outcomes, engagement. Were they engaged or unengaged over time? What drove resolution, in other words success? What drove escalation? On a topical level, what topics best drove us to the point where we had a resolution? What topics drove us to a point where we had to escalate or where the user abandoned?
