- [Instructor] A Power BI workspace is connected to many other Office 365 apps and services, including a SharePoint document library. To access the document library associated with the workspace, expand the workspace's panel, locate the workspace, then select More, and from the context menu select Files. A new browser tab opens with the associated SharePoint document library in view. It's connected to the SharePoint site which is also connected to the workspace. That's how you can access files associated with a workspace.
