- [Instructor] Research data has shown that your customers that spend the most with your brand are the same customers that will look to spend that money with other brands if their customer experience wains. So knowing how to keep your customers satisfied is something that everyone in your organization should want to do. Now, in this video, I'll show you how to use Power BI to identify traits that keep customers loyal. And we'll do this by performing regression analysis right here inside of Power BI. Now, the first thing we want to do is set up a scatter plot. So let's find that in our Visualization tab, click on it to add it to the canvas. I'll just open that open up a little bit. And let's go ahead and set up the purchase counts as the Y. So I'll find purchase_counts here in our Fields pane, drag that down to our Y-Axis, and let's set up characteristic_three as the X.
