- [Instructor] Let's imagine you're responsible for managing customer experience for a technology company. Technology has a lot of user experience in the mix, so it's a good fit for talking about natural language processing. NLP is one way we can transform what is typically seen as qualitative data and turn it into quantitative data. So, if we want to leverage customer feedback for, say, a software product, we can do it with NLP. Now, in this video I'll show you how to use Power BI and cloud integration services to gain customer insights. One of the things you can do is sign up for the API via Azure. So, you would go to your Azure account and then create a resource and search for text analytics. I've already got one set up here. So, let me show you a quick example of what that looks like, and so, I'll go into my Portal. And then the API is right here.
